These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xc999 ("xc999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xc999 website, mobile platform, gaming services, sports betting services, and all associated products accessible at xc999.bio and its subdomains.

Disputes arising from the use of xc999 services that cannot be resolved through the xc999 internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified by xc999 from time to time.

The xc999 registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

Duplicate Accounts

Only one account per player is permitted. If xc999 identifies that a player has registered more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, all associated balances will be forfeited, and any bonus credits or winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be voided. xc999 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account patterns.

xc999 processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed below. Transactions attempted via any other method will not be processed and will be returned to the sender where technically possible.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your xc999 account in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• xc999 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside xc999's control.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• xc999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash transaction history) as part of account verification or fraud prevention checks.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method or a different account holder are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests submitted between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6) are typically processed within one to two hours. Overnight requests may take longer but are generally completed before 9:00 AM BST the following day.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the player's account must be satisfied in full. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met will be held until requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
• xc999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. During this process, withdrawal timelines may be extended. xc999 will notify the player if additional documentation is required.

xc999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Minimum odds: Where a promotion applies to sports betting, minimum qualifying odds may apply. Bets placed below the stated minimum odds threshold will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Eligible games: Not all game titles contribute equally to clearing bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Live casino games and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Withdrawal before bonus clearance: If you choose to withdraw funds before a bonus wagering requirement has been met, xc999 will deduct any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings from your account prior to processing the withdrawal.
• xc999's right to modify or withdraw offers: xc999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who attempt to exploit bonus mechanics — including but not limited to using low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

xc999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To maintain the integrity of the platform, the following rules apply to all gameplay activity on xc999:

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xc999 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Placing wagers on behalf of another person, operating a betting syndicate through an individual account, or using your xc999 account for any commercial or business betting purpose.

Game Results and Disputes

All game outcomes on xc999 are determined by the certified RNG systems of the relevant third-party game provider. In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or display fault — the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of the failure. xc999 is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's end, including poor mobile network coverage.

If you believe a game result is incorrect or that an error has occurred, you must contact xc999 support via live chat within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. xc999 will review the server-side game logs and issue a determination within a reasonable timeframe.

Sports Betting Integrity

xc999 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation — regardless of whether the relevant sports governing body has issued a formal ruling. Where xc999 voids a bet on integrity grounds, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. xc999 cooperates with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC Anti-Corruption Unit, and other relevant sporting bodies as required.

xc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Duplicate account registration or misrepresentation of personal details during registration.
• Use of prohibited software tools, bots, or exploit techniques as described in Section 6.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to the applicable dormant account policy.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through xc999 support.

Consequences of Account Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance — including both real-money funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited at xc999's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. xc999 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player via their registered contact details where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their xc999 account voluntarily — for any reason, including as part of a responsible gaming decision — should contact the xc999 support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet after any pending withdrawal verifications are completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. xc999 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered contact details before applying any dormant account fee or initiating closure. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly classified as dormant should contact xc999 support immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xc999's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the xc999 platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player into their xc999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xc999 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from sharing login credentials or failing to log out on a shared device.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, government action, or any other event outside xc999's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, prices, or game payouts resulting from a clear and obvious technical fault — such errors are not binding on xc999 and will be corrected or voided at xc999's discretion.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the player's mobile wallet provider, banking institution, or network connectivity issues.

No Warranty

The xc999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xc999 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform. xc999 does not warrant that the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components; players are responsible for using appropriate security software when accessing xc999.
